The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Facilities and Site Services Division. The Assistant will perform clerical tasks such as typing and filing procedures, organize and maintain files, schedule meetings, order supplies, and maintain office equipment. The Assistant will manage and operate the Division's computerized (MicroMain) work order maintenance system and computerized preventive maintenance system by entering data, printing and issuing work orders to each maintenance craft and provide weekly status reports of open work orders and monthly backlog reports. Additional duties include ordering parts, website maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Preferred work schedule is 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Essential Qualifications
Qualifications include a High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, typing, and computer skills with an intermediate level of skills in MS Office Suite. Must be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. including supplies and reams of paper.

Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate should have an interest in maintaining and upgrading software skills as necessary to keep current. Good knowledge of procurement processes is also desirable.
