Develop daily plans to carry out assigned activities.
Organize the office of the individual(s) they support. Assure that the office has adequate inventory of supplies; that activities are scheduled as directed; and that appropriate recordkeeping systems are used.
Schedule meetings (group and individual); make travel arrangements as necessary.
Perform secretarial and clerical functions as assigned.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School diploma or the equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of office experience.
