Maintain building security to include issuing visitor badges, badge inventory and building access in compliance with security and proxy regulations.
Maintain meeting room schedule and provide meeting room set-up, including catering and administrative support.
Maintain office equipment to include ordering supplies, performing minor repairs and/or calling for service.
Maintain office and pantry supplies to include inventory, placing orders and stocking supplies.
Submit help tickets for building maintenance, office equipment maintenance, and IT issues
Receive deliveries and notify recipients as needed and deliver daily mail.
Prepares labels with appropriate charge codes for FedEx shipments. Also maintains FedEx shipping account and reconcile statements.
Maintain phone directory and floor plans.
Provide administrative support preparing purchase requisitions as needed.
Special Projects as assigned.
Assist with generation of new hire packets and the integration of the new hire orientation program across SSG Sector
Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner
Assist with benefits administration as needed
Assist with generation of termination process/kit and develop an Exit Questionnaire for SSG HR Department and the tools necessary to track such data
Update sharepoint and assist with updates to QNA Central portal as directed.
Update and maintain current departmental forms and supplies which includes new hire packets and other relevant HR material
Assist with the creation of HR Manuals/Guides to captured current processes
Assist with various recruiting functions
Other duties as assigned
Administrative support experience required
Strong communication skills
Proven experience in MS Office; ability to learn other systems rapidly
Ability to work independently, as well as take direction when needed
Strong ability to multi-task, with exceptional accuracy and effectiveness
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Job requires walking, lifting, reaching above shoulder height, stooping, bending, and sitting for long periods of time
Associates degree; preferably in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant work experience and current pursuit of a degree in one of the these disciplines
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
