Support management, staff and customers on a daily basis in a variety of duties
Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information.
Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, in-services and appointments.
Organize and manage monthly tracking of expenses for all community liaisons to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare meeting and management materials for distribution or presentation.
Track and process invoices and reports
Assist with inbound calls from the Clinical Field Staff, Sales, Liaisons, and patients.
Conduct customer service post calls to current clients.
Anticipate management, staff and customer’s needs for support.
Responsible for office maintenance, office equipment and other general office management functions as assigned by the manager
All other duties assigned by Management
Minimum of three (3) years Administrative Assistant experience
Associates Degree or BA preferred.
Home Health or healthcare experience preferred
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and strong multi-tasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ability to learn new software applications.
Flexible work schedule to meet business needs
