Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time (16 hours per week) position based out of our Ventura office.

A partial list of responsibilities includes:
· Answering phones
· Entering timesheets into accounting system
· Filing
· Assisting professional staff with various tasks
· Stocking and organizing supply closets, kitchen, restrooms, printer stations and other areas
· IT support
· Customer service support
· Human resources support
· Accounting support
Experience and Skills:

The qualified candidate has:
· Successfully performed the above tasks
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of QuickBooks
· The ability to maintain close attention to detail
· The ability to lift up to 35 pounds
