The Department of Communications at Rogers State University is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the department head.
Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the department head and faculty. Maintain and monitor office expenditures, KRSC-FM, the RSU Theater Program, and the Will Rogers Auditorium.
Qualified candidates must have an Associate's degree; knowledge of personal computers and office equipment; proficient in budgeting and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Personal qualities should include excellent communications skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, to work independently, and organize work procedures.
