GENERAL PURPOSE:
Assistant – Contractor Management Program. Perform a wide range of administrative responsibilities in accordance with Company procedures and corporate requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Assist in the creation and revision of support documentation for Contractor and Supplier qualifications

Perform new service contractor setup audits (Spontaneous audit to ensure program compliance)

Maintain and distribute corporate and regional expenditure reports on a monthly basis

Assist with the creation of bid templates that are downloaded on a share drive for easy access.

Interface/interact as needed with supply chain staff in all regions.

Download data (safety and insurance) from internet and reformat in Excel

Update source document tables for intranet applications

Maintain an accurate record (status) on contractors as they move through the MSA process

Serve as the Retention Information Coordinator for Supply Chain Management

File Consulting Agreements, Rental Agreements and MSAs as needed

Work with Operations staff in the Contractor Management Program (CMP) process, specifically responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding the CMP

Work with contractors and their representatives to resolve issues

Monitor insurance documents for Exempt contractors and follow-up as necessary to ensure proper insurance coverage

Within established guidelines, make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling own work.

Conduct business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrate Company Values in all aspects of your job.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Minimum 2 years college preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative support work experience.

Data base management (IT experience is a plus)

Experience in Oil and Gas Industry preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to work effectively at all levels within the Company.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .

Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, accuracy and attention to detail.

Take initiative and act independently as required.

Understanding and communication of procedures and guidelines

Organization skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 5%
