Answer incoming telephone calls, route callers to intended recipient or take messages as appropriate
Assist with purchasing
Provide support functions as needed or requested by the production and sales team
Typing, filing, copying and test report compilation, monthly report updates, project assistance, form update, travel arrangements as requested
Open and close all new jobs and assign job numbers
Interface with accounting on paperwork problems or investigation requirements
Maintain and keep stock materials
Scan and post all Amex receipts, as needed
Arrange rental agreements
Perform special projects as requested
Setup and manage training classes
Other duties as needed or assigned by Management

High School diploma; some college or 2 year degree preferred
Professional in appearance and attitude both internally and with the public
At least 3 years of experience working in administrative support role
Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Excellent telephone personality skills
Strong organization skills; excellent time management skills
Highly energetic and self-starter
Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
Should be honest, assertive and systematic

Must be able to pass a Drug Test & Background Check
