Provide support to the president of the foundation and handle assigned projects and programs by performing variety of clerical & office support functions. Will compose & type correspondence; maintain files of records, reports, & mailing lists; research & compile information; assist in answering phones; develop databases; provide marketing & development support; arrange conferences, meetings, & special events; assist with inventory purchasing & pricing for Heritage Store; help coordinate scheduling of volunteers; maintain & update web page, Facebook & Twitter; and perform other duties as needed.
•Post high school education.
•Knowledge of grammar and punctuation, filing and database development and management.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to accomplish assigned tasks, organize and coordinate activities, research and compile data, and work well with people.
•Ability to keyboard/type, and operate a computer, cash register and other office equipment.
•Ability to problem solve, work independently, organize and coordinate.
•Willingness to take responsibility.
Wage starts at $10 an hour or higher depending on qualifications with benefits available.
