Will assist in the organization and management of the Rapid City office and be of assistance to the satellite offices. Provide staff support with bookkeeping, Microsoft Office Suite, and typing of legal/banking documents. Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate staff. Greet all incoming visitors. Assist those calling for information; assist consumers in completing information and referral forms. Maintain confidentiality of clientale. Assist with mailings, telephone calls, filing, photocopying and faxing documents as assigned. Need to be familiar with resources available to people with disabilities. Assist the Finance Manager with bookkeeping duties as assigned. Assist Independent Living Specialist with files and other appropriate documents. Exhibit a professional demeanor and dress. Ability to cope with a high level of stress.
