Part time Administrative Assistant to oversee the daily clerical/accounting hub of our Watertown location. The position would be part time with the possibility of full time work if the need arises.
The duties will include dictation transcription, organization of files and office materials, preparation of reports, financial entry, and miscellaneous bookkeeping duties as well as answering telephones and front office reception duties. The perfect candidate would possess excellent communication, people, organization, and computer skills, with great attention to detail. Pay and benefits are dependent on
experience and qualifications. Work schedule to be discussed.
