Provides administrative and clerical support for Adult Services. Conducts daily responsibilities under the
Primary Job Responsibilities
Data entry and data validation for all Adult Service Clinics.
Complete monthly reports. Monitor and review reports for discrepancies.
Minutes for meetings.
Maintains and updates recipient admission logs for jail, hospital, crisis, employment, etc.
Compiles clinical information and reports as requested.
Collects, monitors, and enters data and information into the computer systems.
Maintains communications with the multiple levels of administrative and clinical staff.
Adheres to minimum productivity and documentation requirements.
Non-Essential Job Responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience meeting OBHL standards of BHPP equivalent.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements
Requires strong writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and use of general
mathematics is required. Strong organizational skills, 10-key, multi-line telephone and the ability to type
40 - 50 wpm are required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Previous use of the following is strongly preferred: ClaimTrak, HMS Scheduling System.
Tools and Equipment Requirements
Ability to use current electronic records management system. The ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required. Frequently uses Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.
Requires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching. Some lifting may be required. Frequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required. Also requires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, security systems, and other office equipment. Work is performed in the community as well as an office setting. Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Evening or weekend hours are required on an as needed basis.
Driving and Other Requirements
Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver license, have a registered and reliable vehicle that meets Arizona state law standards, and meets the insurance standards of Southwest Network. Position may require travel between Southwest Network sites as well as the community.
Physical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description
Must be at least 21 years of age.
One year of prior office experience required.
Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements
Ensures confidentiality of verbal and written recipient information, in accordance with HIPAA standards and network policy.
Adheres to the legal/ethical/professional guidelines adopted by Southwest Network.
Other duties as assigned.
