To provide administrative office support for the Office of Academic Affairs and to assist in the coordination of activities/projects/procedures/tasks within the Office of Academic Affairs.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

A bachelor's degree plus one (1) year related work experience; or an associate degree plus three (3) years related work experience, or a high school diploma plus five (5) years work experience. Requires the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 words per minute and basic knowledge of computer operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and communication (oral and written) skills, advanced computer skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Suite), and Certification as an Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar certification.
