Under general supervision – performs complex clerical and administrative duties. Coordinates the operation of general administrative service functions for the Facility Administrator’s Office and the Quality Assurance Office.
Responsible for many routine clerical functions that will be explained during the interview. Some of the functions are: Time Administrator for six departments - Prepares reports, correspondence, travel requests/vouchers and meeting minutes. Develops forms to include design/editing. Develops and maintains the Regional Reporter Newsletter for the campus wide distribution. Creates and manages various databases.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

A high school diploma and experience as a Secretary. Must demonstrate knowledge of secretarial science. Must have knowledge of how to use a computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with using the S. C. Enterprise Information System (SCEIS).
