Oversee administrative functions of regional Crude Trucking Districts, and provide administrative support to Regional Manager, District and Area Supervisors. Duties include: Prepare purchase orders, contracts, AFE and project submittals and closures. Assist in preparing budgets, performing budget entry and cost tracking/budgets. Prepare and input payroll for regional drivers and supervisors. Handle accounts payables, expense reports, purchase orders, and supplies; prepare safety and training meetings. Input monthly Operation’s Report. Schedule driver DOT physicals; maintain safety, CDL, stations’ and drivers’ records; and employee attendance logs. Assist with new hire orientations, and planning safety banquets. Maintain files and perform other routine office administrative duties.

Requirements

HS graduate; Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a challenging, fast-paced work environment. Good interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written). Must be a self-starter and a team player, with the ability to prioritize heavy work load and direct work flow. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: MSWord, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:
Associates degree in Business. Experience in A/P, payroll, preparing purchase orders and contracts, experience in cost tracking/budgets. Additional software experience.
