Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support services to Business Development and other departments as required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling a high volume of telephone calls, Exception Time Reporting input, reports and budget preparation, invoice processing, expense reports, maintenance of and maintenance of departmental files and office supplies, calendaring, meetings and travel scheduling.
HS diploma or equivalent. 3 - 5 years experience in a challenging, fast-paced work environment. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook. Strong analytical, communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are a must.
