Ensure efficient operation of the administrative support functions for the Principal; Maintain a daily employee attendance log, record leave balances and maintain all payroll records; Prepare, have approved and submit all campus payroll; Maintain accurate records regarding school budget information including account balances; Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices using correct budget codes; Record and maintain all records regarding campus activity funds; Act as liaison with Human Resource Services being sure all communications and documents are provided; Be sure the Principal and all staff are made aware of Policy or Procedure changes as they occur; Schedule meetings/ appointments and maintain the Principal's calendar; Coordinate campus travel; Any other duties required.

High school diploma or GED; Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills; Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing; Knowledge of basic accounting principles required; 2 years of clerical or accounting clerk experience.
