Must have the ability to multi-task in a variety of Office skills such as fielding vendor and tenant calls, placing work orders with the appropriate Building Engineers, greeting customers, tenants and various contractors on the premises.

Strong computer skills are required, including Excel and Word 2010 and other Property Management Software to be trained in house by the existing Management Staff.

Responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining vendor and tenant contact information and scheduling the connect and disconnect for electricity with Tampa Electric as tenants move in and out of their suites.

Assigned Task also includes coding, copying and filing invoices as they are processed for payment. Vendors will need to be called when repairs and services are required on the various buildings we manage Other responsibilities will include maintaining the tenant contact list, updating Certificates of Insurance for both vendors and tenants and maintaining HVAC Maintenance contract information for tenants.

Month end reporting requirements includes the preparation of month end binder books with proper inserts and property identification. Preparing Excel spreadsheets for Accounts Receivable, Rent Roll Variance and completing the financial reports required from MRI Software via MetLife and T&M approved accessibility.

Maintain work order software known as Building Engines which allows immediate contact with all of the tenants through e-mail, text message, fax or any other emergency management means necessary to distribute important announcements that pertain to all of the properties we manage at this office.

Temp to hire opportunity, 30-40 hours per week with full benefits after 520 hours. $30-$35k DOE.

Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen
