Technica is looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks in support of office management, finance, and human resources. This position is temporary and will end mid-September 2013. Daily core hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with the need for flexibility to accommodate 8:00am-5:00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cover for office receptionist when needed: answer phones, transfer calls, and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Handle mail and incoming deliveries
  • Perform basic filing and order/organize office supplies
  • Provide facility support to prepare for meetings, functions, etc. inclusive of table and chair set-up
  • Perform daily and project support for the Human Resource and Finance departments, as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Ability to lift and manipulate up to 30 lbs.
