Technica is looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of tasks in support of office management, finance, and human resources. This position is temporary and will end mid-September 2013. Daily core hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with the need for flexibility to accommodate 8:00am-5:00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Cover for office receptionist when needed: answer phones, transfer calls, and greet clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle mail and incoming deliveries
- Perform basic filing and order/organize office supplies
- Provide facility support to prepare for meetings, functions, etc. inclusive of table and chair set-up
- Perform daily and project support for the Human Resource and Finance departments, as assigned
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Ability to lift and manipulate up to 30 lbs.
