DESCRIPTION

This Administrative Assistant offers full-time office support for a Director in Beck's downtown Dallas office. This is a vital position for making travel and calendar arrangements, organizing documents, and supporting our local Dallas operations team. This is an entry to mid-level administrative position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years clerical experience in professional atmosphere. Strong Computer Skills: Outlook, Excel and Word required. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to prioritize workload, multitask and exercise outstanding organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, have an aptitude for serving others, be passionate, have integrity and maintain a positive attitude.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred. References will be required. Final applicants will be required to take a drug screen and pass a background check.
