Our organization is searching for an energetic, friendly, ambitious Administrative Assistant.

We are an international manufacturing company and are looking for someone with industry experience. Any manufacturing background or overseas experience will greatly increase the chances of securing an interview with us so please highlight any of that knowledge in a cover letter.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Day-to-day clerical tasks (including faxing, filing, data entry and mail merge)
  • Export/Import certification knowledge
  • End User Statements
  • Calendar maintenance (involving meeting set-up and project deadlines)
  • Travel arrangements
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Meeting & greeting visitors into the department
  • Appropriately directing client calls to the appropriate executive
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Paperwork and database management
  • Responding to upper-management requests
  • Manufacturing and international experience
  • Effective team player
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Professional attitude and attire
  • Experience with correspondence, mail merge and calendar maintenance is a plus
