We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Denver, CO office. This position provides office services and administrative support to their assigned team by ensuring efficient and effective execution of assigned projects. It also provides backup support to other administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities include:

Assists assigned teams by maintaining calendar, planning and scheduling meetings, conference rooms and travel; distributing, formatting, typing, editing, copying and transmitting correspondence, documents, graphs, charts and presentations.

Facilitates communication by ensuring daily communication of team’s schedules, verifying meetings, distributing mail and incoming faxes; keeping team members and supervisors informed about issues; protecting operating information by keeping information confidential.

Maintains client contacts, whether in person, mail or telephone, by establishing a rapport with key account members and their administrative support; answering or directing inquiries.

Maintains supplies inventory and controls costs by anticipating needed supplies, placing/expediting orders, verifying receipt of supplies and assigning charge codes.

Ensures operation of office equipment by monitoring supplies (i.e., paper, toner, etc.), conducting preventive maintenance and coordinating with mailroom for repairs.

Provides receptionist relief and backup support to administrative assistants as needed and accomplishing related results.

Do you have what it takes?

MUST have a vast knowledge of Macintosh and software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Advanced Powerpoint/Keynote skills required.

MUST have the ability to manipulate large Powerpoint/Keynote presentations.

High School Diploma and minimum 2 years of related experience, supporting teams and including Director-level support functions.

College degree or coursework preferred.

Ability to work with extreme accuracy under pressure; detail oriented.

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.
