REM Iowa is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a department and/or manager, including answering telephones and greeting visitors, payroll and timekeeper duties, maintaining and verifying purchase cards receipts and transactions, scheduling and assisting with arrangements of meetings and trainings, as well as project based work.
Qualifications

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a multi-team collaborative environment Strong organizational skills
