SC MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Adult Services department and managers, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, coding accounts payable, processing invoices, progam billing, report submissions,scheduling meetings,handling correspondance as well as various other project based work and providing data entry support.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience
- Comprehensive computer skills
