Neuro Restorative is currently seeking a full time (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm) Administrative Assistant for our Delran, NJ office

The Administrative Assistant role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization.

Neuro Restorative is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support the NJ leadership team which includes operations, human resources, and program management. Job duties will include, but arent limited too maintaining employee files, handling correspondence, paying invoices, scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position will also cover for the receptionist when that person is out of the office on vacation etc. whcih will include answering main office telephone, greeting visitors, and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • Maintaining Employee Files
  • MUST have a strict sense of confidentiality
