Imagine knowing which TV programs deliver the largest audiences, or which Apps are most used on Smart Phones. The Media analytics team provides Insights and Solutions to all of Nielsen’s Watch clients.
We are looking to add an organized and tech savvy administrative assistant to the team. The person in this role will provide administrative support to several key leaders within the Media Analytics team. This role will also be the first point of contact for the department and will respond to general department and administrative queries.
: Manage calendars of several leaders within Media Analytics. Prioritize and schedule meetings
: Handle domestic travel arrangements for leaders. Responsible for ensuring all travel logistics are in line.
: Reconcile all expenses incurred during travel and meetings for business leaders. Ensure all reports are into Accounts Payable for processing.
: Ensure all expense tracking is done, alerting managers to variances from budget.
Assist in creating and editing PowerPoint Presentations.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
1-3 years of administrative experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in all of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Ability to proactively manage calendars and meetings. Strong critical thinking skills and sense of urgency.
