Provides executive and management support requiring a high degree of confidentiality and autonomy. Develops and maintains database files to generate statistical, trend, and archival reports. Prepares, records, distributes, and stores information for the Special Incident Review Committee and/or Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement functions. Effectively utilizes computer applications and adapts to new technology with minimal assistance.
Working knowledge of executive and administrative practices and protocols; ability to develop and maintain information organization and maintenance; ability to use word processing software; typing abilities sufficient to perform assigned duties in a timely and professional fashion; ability to use Access database systems, PowerPoint and Excel required; ability to represent executive and administrative staff in an independent, professional and reliable manner; physical condition commensurate with demands of the job. High school diploma/GED plus four (4) years of related experience. NOTE: Associates or bachelors degree can be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
