Richdale Apartments/Slosburg Co., a national real estate development and management company, is searching for a professional, organized and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support a multi-tasking manager in its fast paced corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities for this Administrative position include, but are not limited to: phone coverage, generating correspondence and legal contracts, scheduling on/off site meetings, generating and processing reports, maintaining project files, and managing special project assignments.
Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years previous administrative experience in an fast-paced, professional, business environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal, a professional appearance, the ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects, demonstrate great attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are needed in this position
Experience in a legal setting helpful. Growth potential in contracts administration or property management.
