Tile Media Properties, DBA The Tile Doctor is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Director / CEO and other Executive Level Personnel with Administrative Support in the Atlanta, GA area office.
Works with the Executive Director/CEO and CFO to determine assets and expenditures in order to establish a working budget.
Maintains ledgers, records and monthly statements on database for accounts. Provides the Executive Director/CEO with monthly and on-demand reports for budgeting decisions.
Compiles data on phone calls, appointments and other contacts for annual reports.
Works with Employee hiring and assessment program and tools.
Accompanies the Executive Director/CEO and/or other executives or attends on behalf of the Executives at conferences and meetings to take notes and incorporate into initiatives.
Composes correspondence in the absence of the Executives and signs. Answers correspondence, reminding clients of regulations and policies.
Corresponds directly with administrative staff pertaining to programs and policies.
Represents the Executive Director/CEO and/or other executives with all industry organizations Trade show organization and planning functions
Organizes upcoming classes, meetings and conferences sponsored by company, providing the necessary correspondence and phone calls for the selection of:
Coordinates/Assists in housing arrangements for out of town clients for upcoming meetings, seminars and workshops.
Register clients attending classes, workshops, and conferences; create client invoices and communicate logistical information to clients, provides back–up book keeping functions.
Assists in writing and preparing marketing brochures, annual reports, and other client reports.
Performs layout and design with assigned MS Word, Excel, database and desktop publishing programs.
Performs other various job functions as may be assigned.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of four years of work-related experience.
Minimum tying speed of 55 wpm.
Basic knowledge of web design and proficient in all Social Media applications.
Ability to create marketing brochures and newsletters using assigned software.
Skilled in operating personal computer, latest Microsoft Office Applications and other word processing and design software, copy and fax machines, and other standard office equipment.
Working knowledge of administrative office procedures and activities.
Working knowledge using forms such as purchase requisitions, travel vouchers, etc.
Working knowledge of proper letter writing, grammar, capitalization, spelling and punctuation.
Working knowledge of placing (including international) phone calls, faxes and conference calls.
Working knowledge of regulations of express mail (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, Emery, etc.).
Working knowledge of Quick books would be helpful
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Work is conducted in a typical indoor office environment.
