The position would have the primary responsibility of ensuring the effective and efficient administrative role supporting the Sr. Director in all of his/her essential functions.

Provide administrative support to Senior Director including the management and coordination of projects.

Answer phones courteously and take clear and accurate phone messages.

Manage, organize paperwork.

Handle the making of copies and PDF’s.

Assist with office filing of documents.

Organize designated manager's expense reports.

Respond to caller inquiry, provide information when appropriate.

Ensure the functioning of the office equipment.

Order office supplies as needed.

Monitor calendars and arrange appointments, meeting, and conference calls with responsibility for coordinating accompanying materials.

Bachelors Degree

Three to five years of Administrative experience

Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Excellent writing, editing and speaking skills
