For our Region in North America at our location in South Haven, MI we are looking for a
Administrative Assistant

The primary responsibility of the administrative assistant is to provide organizational and administrative support to the TBVC management team, including the Managing Director of TBVC in South Haven and the regional President of North America.
Your Task

Administrative support as needed to the executive management team; this includes power point presentations, excel spreadsheets and word documents

Maintain a professional, organized and efficient office utilizing leadership, influence and secretarial/administrative knowledge

Maintain the Front Office responsibilities, which include the mailroom, 15 line switchboard, fax, supply room, employee databases and public drives

Coordinate Pool Car requests and schedule for maintenance and repairs

Maintain and schedule conference room meetings

Update Corporate Monitors

Support executive management team with event and meeting planning as needed

Administrative support to the Human Resources Department as needed

Your Profile

Associates degree in Business or Office Management

Minimum 5 years proven experience supporting executive staff

Above average knowledge of powerpoint and excel

Microsoft Office

High degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

Temporary position with potential for getting hired full time
