An Administrative Assistant in Employee Compliance will be responsible for supporting the Managers and teams that cover Registration, Insurance Licensing and Personal Compliance.

In this fast paced environment, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, answering phones, ordering supplies and producing files, as well as presentations for Managers within these teams. This role will also be responsible for tracking records that include attendance, regularly scheduled staff meetings and other Management Reporting documents.

This role will also be responsible for supporting and researching invoice and payments to 3rd party vendors used by the teams. It will also require on-going support to the team members including, but not limited to, reporting and research relating to matters for UBS employees regional in the Americas.
