The Administrative Assistant will support the SVP, Reality Development at USA.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain submission logs and return materials where appropriate
• Coordinate meetings, maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production
• General administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, scheduling, copying & faxing, filing and planning travel arrangements for executive(s)
• Cover for other assistants as needed including managing calendars and telephones
• Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of work experience
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
