Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files and tracking expenses.

- 3+ years of Administrative Support, Clerical Support, Team Assistant, or related experience within a fast paced business environment
- Must have experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook (heavy calendar management, scheduling meetings)
- Must have basic Microsoft PowerPoint experience (create and edit)
- Must have proficient Microsoft Word experience (documentation skills)
- Sharepoint experience is desired
