Candidate will perform clerical and administrative duties related to construction management of a street reconstruction project in New York City. Duties include maintaining electronic and paper files and mail, document retrieval requests, labels and scanning. Maintains conformed / record sets of project and field related contract drawings. Candidate will serve as liaison between field inspection staff, designers and project managers for contract drawings, submittals and RFIs coordination. This position will provide reports and logs for Project Managers, Resident Engineers and Construction Inspectors as required.

Job Requirements
Candidate must have three years of relevant project coordination and administrative experience. A high school diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
