Work as a team member with Virginia Cooperative Extension administrators in orchestrating administrative, programmatic and financial functions necessary to the development, implementation and evaluation of Virginia Cooperative Extension and college programming efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in a professional administrative role including maintaining accurate account ledgers and conducting account reconciliation; demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience creating and updating complex spreadsheets and databases; website management. Experience managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, and professional development workshops. Experience making travel arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of university policies and procedures; experience using Banner, Hokiemart and the Content Management System; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as a team member; good time management skills.
