The Administrative Assistant â?? Provides part-time administrative and clerical support to the Director of External Relations and Undergraduate Studies. Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for the Computer Science Resources Consortium (CSRC), answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling and organizing meetings, making travel arrangements, taking meeting notes and drafting, formatting, and editing professional correspondence; organizing and maintaining records and office files; other office support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
-Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment. - Experience managing electronic calendars and efficiently coordinating meetings with multiple and varied participants. - Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Google Calendar. - Strong writing and editing skills. - Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. - Ability to project a positive and professional image; establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Positive attitude, strong customer service philosophy, flexibility, and a commitment to continuous skills improvement.
