The Administrative Assistant provides support to the department in day-to-day activities and responsibilities. In the position you may act as a record keeper, including confidential information in accordance with Region and Corporate policies and procedures.
As an Administrative Assistant you may:
Provide general office support and contributes to the timely completion of key accounting work processes and preparation of month-end close binder.
Completes monthly paperwork to add/retire fixed assets and maintains records for year end audit.
Organizes various office operations and procedures; creates and recordkeeping system.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Takes on special projects as requested.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
2+ years of administrative or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
