The Administrative Assistant will provide advanced support by performing various administrative duties, including but not limited to conducting audits, research, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Analyze complex information requests and determine the correct course of action.
•Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
•Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
•Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines and personal computers.
•Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
•Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
•Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
•Deliver messages and run errands.
Manage calendars and arrange appointments.
•Process and prepare documents, such as business forms, contracts, and expense reports.
•Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.
•Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bilingual English/Spanish required.
•2+ years of Administrative experience. Prior auto finance industry experience is preferred but not required.
•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
•Strong attention to detail.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
