Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Distribution Center’s Sr. Director as well as assist with general office duties and special projects. This position is based at the Distribution Center in Irvine.

Responsibilities

Help maintain the distribution center budget (including supplies, transportation and payroll costs)
Forecast and track expenses; monitor spending
Note accruals for month-end to report to the corporate finance team
Pay weekly invoices and update Director weekly on the budget
Maintain inventory of warehouse and office supplies; cut Purchase Orders
Assist accounting with PODs
Route Amazon shipments
Create memos
Travel between the corporate office in Costa Mesa and the DC in Irvine
Deliver information to the executive team and other employees
Organize the office and conference room areas
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Interact with vendors
Perform general clerical duties
Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director and Manager
Requirements

1-3 years administrative experience (Accounting experience a plus!)
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
Good verbal, written, and communication skills
Ability to take charge and show initiative
Must be able to work independently
Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
Good attitude with willingness and ability to learn
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
