Overview: Assists designated Management staff by performing administrative duties to support them in achievement of organizations goals.

Special Skills: Good knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation; capable of composing letters in answer to routine correspondence; ability to produce spreadsheets. Capable of communicating skillfully and tactfully with all levels of employees and the community. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision. Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail, Voice Mail.

Minimum Requirements: High school graduate with emphasis on business, including typing, shorthand, grammar, business communication, and heavy computer skills. Minimum of two years experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications: Some college preferred. Healthcare experience.
