We have an opportunity for an additional Experienced Administrative Assistant with good Excel skills to join the staff working on a new project in our Albany office.

Background in Commercial Construction, Engineering or Utilities preferred.

responsibilities include:
- Assisting Project Manager in a fast-paced environment..
- Coordinating tasks with Home Office.
- Maintaining files for each job number.
- Data entry and Invoicing.

- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
- Excellent written, oral and phone communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail.
