The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager and the Management team with the routine operations of the property. The purpose of this position is to provide the additional capacity needed to manage the property effectively. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Data Entry, Accounts Payable / Receivable, scheduling, monthly reporting and file organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; invoice processing, accounts receivables, monthly reporting and tracking of same, rent collection, filing, customer service, and any tasks as assigned by the Property Manager. Responsibilities also include scheduling and tracking of other monthly tasks and reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

YARDI experience a plus
Computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience working with budgets, financials
Bi-lingual a plus
Anticipated Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM
