Position Responsibilities

Primary support to Marketing Manager, sales manager and general manager (dictation, mail, faxes, file maintenance, set appointments, presentations)
  • Maintain industry publications and corporate subscriptions
  • Correspondence with marketing staff in Alltech headquarters and US Feeds office.
  • Special projects as assigned (help with meetings, orders for printing, set up interviews, marketing projects as needed, etc.)
  • Greeting guests as needed
    • Ordering and keeping track of office supplies
    • Organize office operations and procedures
The Ideal Candidate :
  • Four year degree or relevant experience in marketing, administrative support or general business required
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees and customers
  • Self-starter, high level of motivation, ability to work independently and also as a member of a team
  • Excellent verbal, written and oral communications
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Dictation/transcription skills; typing minimum 70 wpm
  • Adobe InDesign or other layout program knowledge is preferred, but not necessary
