Answer phones Set up appointments & manage calendar of activities for Financial Advisor
Maintain logs, reports, mailings, and track a variety of activities
Comply with regulations and meet deadlines

Helpful if experienced in the Financial Industry
Able to learn through webinars and online tutorials
Strong computer aptitude to learn and maximize use of existing software program
Ability to work additional hours when needed for special projects occasionally or with future increased business
