Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and two years of related experience. Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade ED.

Position Description

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support within the OCRSS department. The position requires processing paperwork on behalf of various University departments for disbursements, payments, and receipts in a timely manner. The employee will be responsible for logging, monitoring, and verifying procurement card transactions in the PeopleSoft system within monthly deadline dates. A key function of this position is to provide administrative support to maintain the internally designed clinical trials management system through data entry and maintenance. A strong attention to detail is required. The position will also require proven communication skills to act as liaison with other University departments including the Controller's Office, Purchasing, Sponsored Programs Financial Administration, Sponsored Programs Grants Administration, and the Office of Industry Contracts.
