We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate in our Grand Rapids office.
Associate will provide administrative support to one Regional Vice President and two Directors who oversee corporate events in Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, and mid-Michigan.
Responsibilities include: Support the management of existing sponsors, donors, and volunteers, and the acquisition and cultivation of new accounts and opportunities. Perform general accounting/bookkeeping processes for billings, expense reports, donations, check requests, and other applicable financial transactions. Support customer relationship management and provide superior customer service to sponsors, volunteers, and staff. Handle record maintenance and report generation. Manage general day to day administrative duties.

- Must have at least intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office 2007 or higher used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.
