Job responsibilities include general clerical/administrative support for the intellectual property department, including phone coverage for the department, preparing expenses reports, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and performing daily administrative work.
Must be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer)
Candidates must have ability to handle sensitive information and high pressure situations
Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow to maximize office productivity.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years experience OR associate's degree, technical/business school certificate or diploma, or other post high school training (2 years duration)
Minimum of three years experience.
