Advertised Summary Job Description

The Administrative Aide will provide administrative support for the daily activities of the Student Health Service administration. Responsibilities include processing Post Doctorate Fellow enrollment, copying authorized medical information, answering phones, greeting students/patients, and organize and maintain office supplies. The Administrative Aide will also be required to cross cover with other administrative staff, including the receptionists in the Front Desk area. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for Grade Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

Requires two years of college or completion of secretarial school or equivalent business experience, plus a minimum of two to three years related experience. Bachelor's degree desirable.

Additional Position-Specific Minimum Qualifications Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

? Must have ability to work either 8a.m.-4p.m., 9a.m.-5p.m. or 11a.m.-7p.m. depending on the needs of Administration and the Clinic
