Advertised Summary Job Description

Grant Funded: The Heillrunn Department of Population and Family Health seeks a part-time temporary Administratvie Clerk to work in the Columbia University Head Start Program. Duties consist of: Reconcile Early Head Start accounts; follow up on invoices; coordinate meetings for the Director; filing; assist at the front desk; and provide administrative support to Coordinators as needed. Other relted duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for Grade Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant

Requires two years of college or completion of secretarial school or equivalent business experience, plus a minimum of two to three years related experience. Bachelor's degree desirable. The candidate selected for this position is required to undergo a full background check and drug screening test prior to a final offer of employment being made.
